PATNA, India (AP) — Police say a stampede in a packed temple in northern Indian has killed at least 10 people.

The Tildiha village temple in Bihar state had been packed with some 20,000 people offering prayers to the goddess Durga on Sunday, the last day of the Hindu festival Navratri.
