ONTARIO, Calif. (AP) — Los Angeles Lakers coach Phil Jackson has missed his second straight preseason game with an apparent case of the flu.
Jackson wasn’t with the Lakers on Friday night at Citizens Business Bank Arena, where Los Angeles hosted the Golden State Warriors.
Jackson also skipped the Lakers’ exhibition against the Warriors in San Diego on Thursday night.
Assistant coach Brian Shaw ran the Lakers’ bench for the second straight game.
