PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Portland police say they have made an arrest in a sports bar shooting that killed one man and wounded three others.

Police Chief Mike Reese says 31-year-old Vorladeth (VOR-la-deth) Souvannachoumkham (Sou-vanna-chow’-come) was arrested Friday at his Oregon City workplace for investigation of murder.

Police found 28-year-old Steven Ouk (Ook) of Portland dead from a gunshot wound at the Good Call Sports Bar in the early morning hours of Oct. 23.

The three wounded men are expected to survive.

Detective Steve Ober says the shooting was likely gang-related.

Detectives say they’ve worked closely with the Laotian and Cambodian communities to develop information that led to the arrest.
