LOS ANGELES (AP) — FBI officials say a Thai Airways flight from Bangkok has landed safely at Los Angeles International Airport after a written bomb threat was found on board the plane.

FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller said airport officials were notified at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday of the alleged threat to Flight 794.

The plane landed safely just after 8 p.m. and was taken to a remote area of the airport, where passengers exited the plane.

Eimiller says the luggage on the plane will be screened and the passengers and crew are being interviewed by law enforcement officers.
