BERNIE MEYER WILL PORTRAY GANDHI at 4 p.m. at Unitarian Universalist Church of Vancouver, 4505 E. 18th St. The free event is presented by Inquiring Mind, a program of Humanities Washington, a nonprofit public foundation providing cultural and educational programs.
