Clark County commissioners, 2 p.m., sixth-floor hearing room of county Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin St.: Budget hearing.

Port of Camas-Washougal commissioners, 3 p.m., port headquarters, 24 South A St.: Executive session regarding potential litigation, property disposition; Resolution 8-09, employee leave; personal services contracts; east industrial park standards and development; BPA power lines. Action items: FAA funding for Grove Field; 2010 meeting schedule; professional services agreement for Building 10.

Camas City Council, 4:30 p.m., City Hall, 616 N.E. Fourth Ave.: Workshop to discuss budget amendment for storm water drainage utility fund and fire remodel project; presentation and proposal by Clark/Skamania Narcotics Task Force regarding new legislation; pavement fee update; resolution for wastewater treatment plant design close out; and declaration of surplus property.

Vancouver City Council, 4:30 p.m., City Hall, 210 E. 13th St.: Workshop on proposed 2010 state and federal legislative agenda; 7 p.m. public hearing on substantial need for a 1 percent property tax increase in 2010; 2009 cleanup supplemental budget; approval of the proposed master plan, preliminary 21-block/lot subdivision; shoreline substantial development permits for the development of the approximately 32-acre Columbia Waterfront; and executive session to discuss potential litigation.

Skamania County commissioners, 5:30 p.m., Skamania County Courthouse, Stevenson: Public hearing to consider establishing a comprehensive six-year transportation improvement program for road and bridge construction for the years 2010-15. Public hearing on preliminary 2010 budget.

Fort Vancouver Regional Library District, 6:30 p.m., new Cascade Park Community Library, 600 N.E. 136th Ave.: Budget; building projects; library foundation updates. Follows 4 p.m. executive session to discuss personnel, real estate matters.

Camas City Council, 7 p.m., City Hall, 616 N.E. Fourth Ave.: Public hearing to consider proposed charges and rates for water, sewer, sanitary, recycling and stormwater services; resolution to close portion of Northeast 45th Avenue; resolution changing parking time limits for two parking spaces in the downtown core area; resolutions for development agreements; ordinance adopting amendments to city zoning map; public hearing to consider amendments to Camas Municipal Code; public hearing for Lacamas Meadows planned residential development plat alteration; public hearing to adopt 2010 budget; and executive session to discuss labor relations.

La Center Planning Commission, 7 p.m., City Hall, 214 E. Fourth St.: Discuss slate of officers; public hearing on La Center municipal code on setbacks.

Woodland City Council, 7 p.m., 100 Davidson Ave.: Public hearing for update on 2011 comprehensive plan; action items include ordinance to adopt 2010 final budget, interlocal agreement with La Center for building inspection services for 2010.

Battle Ground City Council, 7 p.m., City Council chambers, 109 S.W. First St.: Public hearing on 2010 property tax levy; discuss resolution providing for the banking of levy capacity; adopt ordinance amending 2009-10 budget ordinance; authorize contract renewals; adopt facility rental discount rates; adopt 2010 state legislative agenda; present and adopt 2011 federal appropriation requests; docket request regarding property owners outside of urban gro
