ELLENSBURG, Wash. (AP) — The Kittitas County sheriff’s office says the body of a second man who drowned in a Lake Keechelus canoe accident was recovered by divers Tuesday.

He was identified as 41-year-old Robert Davis of Alpental.

In a statement, Undersheriff Clay Myers says divers found the body of the other victim, 48-year-old Ryan Graham, on Monday afternoon.

Graham also lived in the Alpental development. Myers says the two were neighbors and friends.

The sheriff’s office says occupants of a private airplane spotted the two men in the water Sunday evening near an overturned canoe about 50 yards offshore. Myers says neither man was wearing a life jacket.

The lake is located along Interstate 90 east of the summit of Snoqualmie Pass.
