BLM sells $4.5 million in Oregon timber sales

SALEM, Ore. (AP) — The Bureau of Land Management says it received more than $4.5 million by selling timber in four Oregon counties.

The federal agency says it sold about 32 million board feet of timber this month in Yamhill, Lincoln, Linn and Clackamas counties. The largest sale was to High Cascades Inc. of Carson, Washington, which bought nearly $2.3 million of timber in Clackamas County.
