HOQUIAM, Wash. (AP) — Police are asking the public to help find a snake shoplifter in Hoquiam.

KXRO reports officers want to hear if anyone notices a man with a new orange and white corn snake.

The clerk at the Big Fishy pet store told police he left the suspect alone for a moment Sept. 3, and when the clerk returned the man was gone with the snake. It’s worth about $60.
