DES MOINES, Wash. (AP) — A vehicle rolled into Puget Sound at a boat ramp in Des Moines about 2 a.m. Monday, and divers recovered the driver’s body about a half hour later.
KIRO-TV reported witnesses called 911 at Redondo. Divers found the vehicle about 40 feet out in 40 feet of water.
The driver could not be revived and was declared dead at the scene.
