Clark County Environmental Services will host a workshop for property owners who have stormwater maintenance facilities at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Clark Regional Wastewater District, 8000 N.E. 52nd Court.

Property owners may be unaware of their legal responsibilities to maintain private facilities, according to a news release from Clark County.

During the free 90-minute workshop, property owners will learn what they need to do to protect waterways from oil, fertilizers, pet waste and other contaminants.

Additional workshops will be at 6:30 p.m. May 12 at Fire District 6’s Felida Station, 11600 N.W. Lakeshore Ave., and 6:30 p.m. May 24 at the Northwest Regional Training Center, 11606 N.E. 66th St., No. 103.
