Letter: Emphasize mental health treatment

The April 1 front-page story, “Storro to plead guilty in acid hoax,” makes me sick to my stomach. I’ve read very little of all the coverage because most of it alludes to her criminal intent, with hardly any coverage related to her potential mental problems. It seems like the intent is to see she’s punished for a crime, but not treated for a mental problem. If most of the money given to Storro is still intact, why not use it to start some positive mental health treatment and print the results on page 2, where it belongs.
