Bail set at $1M for man charged with child rape

ASOTIN, Wash. (AP) — Bail was set at $1 million for a Clarkston man charged with raping a child involved in a therapeutic horse riding program.

Bail was set Thursday for 60-year-old Richard Thueson by Judge Ray D. Lutes in Asotin County.

The incidents allegedly took place in 2008 and 2010.
