The city of Vancouver is looking for food vendors at Esther Short Park for its summer concert series and for daily vending opportunities.

The Terry Lee Noon-Hour Concert Series will take place Wednesdays at noon from July 6 to Aug. 10. The Riverview Six to Sunset Concerts will be Thursday evenings starting at 6 p.m. from July 7 to Aug. 11.

The city is also interested in food vendors that would like to do business Monday through Friday in Propstra Square during the summer months.

Vendors must apply to be considered. Vendors will be selected based on experience, quality of service, presentation, variety, cleanliness, availability and the ability to work well with the public.

An informational meeting will be 5 p.m. April 27 at the Esther Short Building, 610 Esther St. in the Marshall Conference room. The health and fire departments will be at the meeting to answer permit-related questions. Deadline for applications is Wednesday, May 11. Application packets are available at the meeting, at http://www.cityofvancouver.us/events, or can be mailed by calling 360-487-8630.
