Small quake shakes Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — A small quake may have shaken some Portland residents awake Friday morning.

The Pacific Northwest Seismic Network reports the magnitude 2.2 quake at 4:07 a.m. was centered about two miles west southwest of Portland.

The Oregonian reports it was the largest of four quakes overnight. No damage reported.

The website for the seismic network recorded reports from about 20 people who said they felt it in Portland, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, Clackamas and Gresham.
