SEC gymnasts take 3 of 4 titles at NCAAs

CLEVELAND (AP) — Southeastern Conference athletes won three of four individual events at the NCAA women’s gymnastics championships Sunday.

Alabama junior Geralen Stack-Eaton won the floor exercise, Florida sophomore Marissa King took the vault and Georgia sophomore Kat Ding won the uneven bars, while UCLA freshman Sam Peszak captured the balance beam title to break the SEC lock on individual crowns.

The session ended the three-day competition at Cleveland State’s Wolstein Center.
