Liquor licenses

The following have applied to the Washington state Liquor Control Board:

Jeffery D. Stewart, for a license to sell beer and wine at Cost Less Cigarettes, 2828 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver.

Antonio V. Manuel, for a license to sell beer and wine at Uptown Pasta, 2108 Main St., Vancouver.

Keith Todd, for a distillery license at Cave Creek Distillery, 24415 N.E. 10th Ave., Ridgefield.
