Amboy — Fifty-three quilts were on display during the North Clark Historical Museum’s sixth annual quilt show. Nearly 300 guests visited the museum during the show March 26 and 27.

Kathy Kysar presented a trunk show showcasing a variety of quilting techniques. Barbara Sizemore demonstrated hand-quilting on a vintage quilt frame, inviting others to “stitch a bit,” while George Weisenborn entertained visitors with his autoharp.

The People’s Choice Award was presented to Terry Cook for her quilt “Cubes.” This year’s raffle quilt is “Irish Flower Garden”; the drawing is scheduled for November.
