MOUNT VERNON, Wash. (AP) — Police have arrested five people and recovered some memorabilia stolen from the Mount Vernon home of Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Kyle Kendrick.

His 2008 World Series championship ring is still missing.

The home of the 26-year-old who grew up in Mount Vernon was burglarized in late March.

The Skagit Valley Herald reports police stopped a car last week in Everett and found a 2009 National League championship ring in the car and arrested an Arlington man. The next day police searched a home in Mount Vernon and found some of Kendrick’s clothing and several baseballs. Officers arrested a man and a woman. Then on Tuesday, police arrested two more suspects, a man and woman, in Everett.

Investigators are still looking for the World Series ring.
