AG McKenna to visit Woodland school Friday

Washington Attorney General Rob McKenna will visit students at Woodland Intermediate School today as part of Jump$tart Financial Literacy Day.

McKenna will talk to around 60 fourth- and sixth-grade students from the classes of teachers Mark and Kim Knudson about the importance of saving money and making wise financial decisions. As part of their work with the Jump$tart Coalition and Western Washington University, the Knudsons invited McKenna to the school.

McKenna’s visit will begin at 10:45 a.m. Woodland Intermediate School is at 2550 Lewis River Road.
