PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Sen. Ron Wyden has called a news conference Thursday in Portland with the Multnomah County sheriff, Portland police commander and other county and city officials to talk about gang violence.
Wyden’s office says with gang violence on the increase this is not the time to decrease federal law enforcement programs.
