The Health Professions Quality Assurance office of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or withdrew charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In March, the Examining Board of Psychology released Albert J. Bernstein from terms and conditions set against his license.

In April, the Oregon State Board of Nursing issued an Emergency Order of Suspension for Amber R. Jordan’s registered nursing license for failing to comply with the terms and conditions of the Nurse Monitoring Program, inaccurate and incomplete recordkeeping, and failing to conform to the essential standards of acceptable nursing practice. She resides in Vancouver.
