PORT ANGELES, Wash. (AP) — A Border Patrol agent who called the Port Angeles station a “black hole” last week in Washington, D.C., is back at work — in Port Angeles.
The Peninsula Daily News reports (http://bit.ly/nULyxw ) Christian Sanchez went public Friday with his feud against the agency in a speech an open government group. He was transferred to Port Angeles in September from San Diego and complains there is little work to do and “no purpose, no mission.”
The Port Angeles station is the headquarters for Border Patrol operations on the Olympic Peninsula.
The lawyer for Sanchez told the paper he did not want to be interviewed and that he and his family have been harassed by fellow agents.
