Providence Medical Group opened a new Camas clinic Monday, making access to medical care in Southwest Washington a little easier.

Providence Medical Group – Camas will provide primary care for children and adults by family medicine physicians Heidi Kjos and Stephanie Works.

The new facility houses an onsite laboratory and will add rehabilitation and physical therapy services in September.

“We’re pleased to be able to bring much needed medical services to this community,” Dr. Joseph Siemienczuk, chief executive of Providence Medical Group, said in a news release. “With lab, rehab and imaging services available onsite, we can meet a wide range of medical needs including testing and follow-up care.”

Providence now offers three locations in Clark County.

The two other clinics are Providence Medical Group – Mill Plain Family Medicine and Providence Medical Group – Battle Ground Immediate Care. In addition, Providence Home Medical Equipment operates a retail location in Vancouver.

The Camas clinic is accepting new family medicine patients.

The clinic is at 3101 S.E. 192nd Ave. It’s open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Camas clinic’s phone number is 553-7400.
