SEATTLE (AP) — Two Western Washington men are among 72 people charged with participating in an international child pornography network that federal prosecutors say traded thousands of images of sexually abused children.

A spokeswoman for the U.S. attorney’s office in Seattle, Emily Langlie, says an Auburn man was arrested in April and a Redmond man in July. The cases are being prosecuted in Shreveport, La.

Attorney General Eric Holder and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano said Wednesday in Washington, D.C., that a 20-month law enforcement effort targeted more than 600 members of an Internet club called Dreamboard that promoted pedophilia.
