KENT, Wash. (AP) — The man accused of a shooting on the dance floor at the Muckleshoot Casino pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Kent to assault charges.

King County Superior Court documents say Cesar Chaparro-Vielma followed his estranged wife and her new boyfriend to the nightclub inside the casino July 24 and started shooting because “he couldn’t stand it.”

His wife, her boyfriend, her two sisters and three bystanders were wounded before a security guard tackled Chaparro-Vielma. All seven survived.

KOMO-TV reports (http://bit.ly/qeE2SD ) Chaparro-Vielma is being held in jail on $1 million bail.
