CAIRO (AP) — Former President Hosni Mubarak has returned to a Cairo court on a stretcher for the next session of his trial on charges of corruption and complicity in killing protesters during Egypt’s uprising.

His older son Alaa, who is also on trial with him, covered a state TV camera as it filmed his father being wheeled out of the ambulance to go into the trial venue.

Brief scuffles between Mubarak supporters and opponents broke out outside the trial venue inside a Cairo police academy.
