Douglas leads Fever past Mystics, 83-51

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Katie Douglas scored 15 points and had five rebounds to lead the Indiana Fever over the Washington Mystics 83-51 on Sunday.

Jessica Davenport scored 14 points and had five rebounds and Tamika Catchings scored 13 points with eight rebounds for the Fever, who lead the Eastern Conference by two games.

Crystal Langhorne scored 11 points and had seven rebounds and Jasmine Thomas scored 11 points for the Mystics, who extend their losing streak to five games.

The Fever, 4-0 this season against Washington, allowed a season low point total of 51.

The Mystics shot 35.2 percent and had 19 turnovers.

The Fever went on a 14-2 lead to start the game and took a 79-47 lead at one point late in the fourth quarter.
