A Stevenson man was arrested Aug. 14 in connection with a reported rape case involving a 32-year-old Vancouver woman, Skamania County Undersheriff Dave Cox said.
Nicholas Michael Higgs, 31, is being held on $50,000 bail on suspicion of second-degree rape.
Arraignment is set for Aug. 25 at the Skamania County Courthouse.
