OCEAN SHORES, Wash. (AP) — A man wanted in connection with a homicide in Vacaville, Calif., was arrested Monday night in Ocean Shores.
Police say 21-year-old Rico Marquez Espitia is jailed on a murder warrant as a fugitive.
KBKW reports (http://bit.ly/pNHur5 ) he was stopped by an officer because he looks like someone else police were seeking. His arrest warrant turned up in a records check.
