Correction: Incorrect name

Incorrect name: Tracy Fortmann, superintendent of the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site, said graffiti near the waterfront area of the site was a problem in the past. A story on Page C1 Wednesday attributed her quotes to the wrong person.
