ST. LOUIS (AP) — St. Louis Rams quarterback Sam Bradford was very limited in practice, leaving his availability in doubt for Sunday’s game at San Francisco.
Bradford aggravated a high left ankle sprain in last week’s loss to the Seahawks and didn’t practice Thursday. Coach Steve Spagnuolo thought Bradford hadn’t improved much since then.
Backup A.J. Feeley would make his third start if Bradford isn’t able to go.
The Rams re-signed quarterback Tom Brandstater to the practice squad as insurance, releasing linebacker Eddie Jones from the practice squad.
