Hoosiers celebrate silver anniversary of ’87 title

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Keith Smart’s baseline jumper to win the 1987 national championship will always be remembered at Indiana.

On Sunday, Smart and his teammates will be honored during the Hoosiers game against Stetson. Twelve players, a handful of managers and an assistant coach from the title-winning team will celebrate the 25th anniversary of Indiana’s most recent national championship.
