Shots fired from burning Washougal home

WASHOUGAL, Wash. (AP) — Police say shots were fired from a burning home in Washougal.

One shattered a window of an arriving police car Wednesday morning and the officer suffered minor injuries from the breaking glass.

Police say a man had been seen in the home who told a neighbor to stay away and numerous shots were heard as the house burned.
