Deputies with the Clark County Sheriff’s Office on Monday evening arrested two people suspected of robbing two local pizza restaurants.
Police arrested Vancouver residents Angela M. Breimon, 33, and Nathan Wade Davis, 20, of Vancouver on suspicion of two counts of first-degree robbery and one count of possession of stolen property. Breimon was also arrested on suspicion of one count of first-degree assault.
Both were booked into the Clark County Jail.
Police were called to the Domino’s Pizza at 1218 N.E. 88th St. in Hazel Dell just before 9 p.m. on Dec. 16 when a woman entered the store, pointed a handgun at an employee and demanded money from the cash register, the sheriff’s office said. The woman took money from the register and ran from the store.
Police said the Domino’s robbery was “very similar” to the Dec. 11 robbery of Sparky’s Pizza in Salmon Creek and suspected both were committed by the same woman.
Sheriff’s deputies identified Breimon and Davis as suspects after an in-depth investigation and with the help from the public, Sgt. Chard Rothenberger said in the release. During the investigation, police found the two in possession of a stolen vehicle.
