Health worker report

The Health Professions Quality Assurance office of the state Department of Health recently took disciplinary actions or has withdrawn charges against these Clark County health care providers.

In November, the Nursing Assistant Program indefinitely suspended the credential of certified nursing assistant Judy Ann Adair. Adair failed to comply with a previous order.

In November, the Board of Physical Therapy reinstated the license of physical therapist Gary J. Maguire and placed conditions against his license with which he must comply.
