PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — A Washington County man faces criminal impersonation charges after police said he posed as a U.S. Marshal, a Portland police officer, a decorated military veteran and a former Oregon State football player.

Authorities said 34-year-old Cyrus Toretto, born Demetrius Bass, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Oregon Fugitive Task Force on Thursday afternoon in Hillsboro.

Toretto frequented bars and restaurants in the Tigard area, where the fugitive task force set up surveillance.

The fugitive task force is seeking anyone to whom Toretto purported to be a police officer.

He was booked into the Washington County Jail and authorities searched his home.
