DALLAS (AP) — On the eve of the Super Bowl, those making the party scene included everyone from Ariana Huffington to Pauly D of “Jersey Shore.”

Traffic in usually staid downtown Dallas moved at a crawl on Saturday night as people took to the streets after enduring a week of ice and snow.

Attending the Maxim party Saturday night, Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco said that Dallas didn’t disappoint as a Super Bowl venue. For Ochocinco, the saying “everything’s bigger in Texas” still stands.

“The weather’s not going to change that, that motto will stick always,” he says.
