NACOGDOCHES, Texas (AP) — Jordan Glynn had 17 points and 13 rebounds, and Stephen F. Austin closed the game on a 17-2 run to defeat McNeese State 65-50 Saturday.

The Lumberjacks (13-7, 4-4 Southland) held McNeese State without a field goal for the final 5 minutes, surrendering only a pair of free throws by Stephan Martin. The Cowboys (13-8, 5-3) were 0 for 8 from the field and allowed the Lumberjacks to get three offensive rebounds during that stretch.

With the game tied at 48, Glynn got an offensive rebound for the Lumberjacks and was fouled. After making the first free throw, he missed the second, and Stephen F. Austin again got the rebound. That led to a four-point play by Antonio Bostic, who was fouled while hitting a 3-pointer, turning the tie game into a 53-48 lead for the Lumberjacks.

P.J. Alawoya had 16 points, Patrick Richard 13 and Martin 10 for McNeese State.

Bostic had 16 points and Jereal Scott 12 for Stephen F. Austin.
