MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) — Jeff Ledbetter scored 15 points, including four 3-pointers, to lead Idaho to a 75-61 victory against Hawaii on Saturday night.

The Vandals (13-10, 6-5 WAC) started slow, but heated up when Stephen Madison hit three 3-pointers in the middle of the first half.

Idaho then went on a 15-0 run that allowed them to pull ahead 25-17 with a little more than seven minutes left in the half.

Ledbetter sank a pair of 3-pointers to push Idaho on a 13-3 run early in the second half, giving the Vandals a 60-43 lead with 12:19 to play.

The Vandals went without a field goal in the final seven minutes, but they made 11 of 13 from the free throw line down the stretch.

Vander Joaquim led the Warriors (13-10, 4-7) with 14 points while Joston Thomas added 12.

Idaho’s Deremy Geiger made a career-high 11 assists.
