Washougal man arrested on drug charge

A Washougal man traveling on Interstate 5 in Corning, Calif., was allegedly in possession of marijuana when he was stopped by police Thursday, according to the Red Bluff Daily News.

Patrick Kelsy Abuel, 22, was booked in jail on suspicion of possession of marijuana-hashish with intent to sell or transport.

Bail was set at $50,000.
