NORTHWEST — Todd Clark has been elected president of the Northwest Neighborhood Association. Chuck Pierson is vice president and Dave Kammeyer is secretary/treasurer. Outgoing president Leonard Baughs was honored at the Jan. 27 meeting for his service to the neighborhood, including the idea of a regular newsletter ad page to provide revenue for the group. Past-president Tom Knappenberger, who conducted the election, also presented Baughs with a glass trophy.
