A Vancouver woman was arrested in McMinnville, Ore. Sunday on suspicion of robbery after she allegedly pointed a gun at a man walking his dog.
The man was walking near a hotel at about 6:30 a.m. Sunday when, he alleged, Lisa Eileen Harris, 47, approached from behind with a gun.
