WSU FB coach Wulff makes coaching changes

PULLMAN, Wash. (AP) — Washington State football coach Paul Wulff has hired Todd Howard as defensive line coach. Howard replaces Malik Roberson, whose contract was not renewed.

Wulff also announced that Chris Ball will be the team’s assistant head coach and lone defensive coordinator, while Jody Sears will coach cornerbacks.

Howard spent five seasons as the defensive line coach/associate head coach, defense at UCLA. Before that he spent three seasons with Jacksonville of the National Football League.
