KENNEWICK, Wash. (AP) — Kennewick police have arrested a second man in connection with a slaying they say was drug-related.

KONA reports 20-year-old Armando Martin Rodriguez-Willis of Kennewick is held for investigation of burglary.

Another man, 26-year-old Ramon Madrigal, was arrested earlier on suspicion of marijuana possession. He lives in the house where 20-year-old Tyler Alexander Stock was found Tuesday shot to death.

The initial 911 call indicated there was a burglar in the home.

Kennewick police chief Ken Hohenberg says the investigation continues.
