CASCADE PARK — A new neighborhood association, Vancouver’s 64th, has gained official recognition from the city. The Lewis and Clark Woods Neighborhood Association was accepted by the Vancouver City Council on Jan. 11. The organizational effort took nearly a year — driven mostly by Judy Ellis, whose impetus was a home robbery.
