TACOMA, Wash. (AP) — Police arrested the ex-boyfriend of a woman who was stabbed to death at her home in Tacoma.

The News Tribune reports the man called police Saturday and said she was injured.

Officers went to the home and found the body of 33-year-old Georgia Gunzer.

Police spokesman Mark Fulghum says although they no longer lived together they had gone out Friday night and returned to her house. The couple’s 10-year-old daughter and several friends were in the house at the time but didn’t see or hear the stabbing.
