KENT, Wash. (AP) — Divers have recovered the body of a man in his early 20s who was thrown into Star Lake at Kent when a rowboat capsized.

KOMO Radio reports another man and a woman in the 12-foot boat safely made it to shore in the accident about 1:30 a.m. Thursday after they left a tavern and borrowed a dinghy. They were not wearing life jackets.

King County and fire department divers used sonar equipment to find the body in water that was about 35 feet deep. Visibility was about 1 foot.
