LYNNWOOD, Wash. (AP) — Fire burned a home near Lynnwood Friday for the second time in seven months.
Snohomish County Fire District (hash)1 spokeswoman Leslie Hynes said the house was in flames when firefighters arrived about 5:20 a.m. Friday.
There was no one home at the time. The house was being renovated from a fire last November, and the family was just two weeks away from moving back in.
Last year’s fire was caused by a stove burner. The cause of Friday’s fire is under investigation.
