Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Alex Villanueva has leased 500 square feet of office space at Broadway Plaza, 2200 Broadway, Vancouver, from Toucan Too LLC. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Bill Coldwell of City Shade Awning Company has leased 1,600 square feet of industrial space at Minnehaha Business Park, 4707 N.E. Minnehaha Blvd., Suite 101, Vancouver. The site will be the company’s new headquarters for manufacturing and distribution. The anticipated move-in date is Aug. 1. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented both parties.

Dean Aladdin has leased 3,600 square feet of retail space at 8207 N.E. Vancouver Mall Drive, Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Pegoraro’s Auto Repair has renewed its lease of 3,900 square feet of industrial space at M2J Business Park, 6300 N.E. St. James Road, Suite A, Vancouver. Michelle Estep of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented the tenant and the landlord.

PCB Universe has leased 2,112 square feet of office space at Crestwood Business Center, 11818 N.E. Mill Plain Blvd., Suite 208, Vancouver, from Angelo Property Co. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins-Bernhardt Associates represented the landlord.
